Our Services
-
A physical therapy evaluation is the first step in creating a personalized treatment plan. During this visit, the therapist reviews your medical history, discusses your symptoms and goals, and assesses movement, strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and functional limitations.
-
Manual therapy is a hands-on treatment approach used to improve joint mobility, reduce muscle tension, decrease pain, and support better movement. Manual therapy is often combined with exercise and patient education to promote long-term recovery and improved function.
-
Therapeutic exercise focuses on improving strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, and overall movement quality. Each exercise program is tailored to the patient’s condition, recovery stage, and personal goals.
-
Neuromuscular reeducation helps improve the communication between the brain, nerves, and muscles. This treatment is used to restore proper movement patterns, balance, coordination, posture, and body control. It may be especially helpful after injury, surgery, neurological conditions, or long periods of pain that have changed the way the body moves.
-
Therapeutic activities are functional, goal-based movements designed to improve the skills needed for daily life. These may include lifting, reaching, bending, walking, climbing stairs, transferring, or work- and sport-specific movements.
-
Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy, or ESWT, is a non-invasive treatment that uses acoustic wave energy to stimulate healing in targeted tissues. It may be used for certain chronic tendon, muscle, or soft tissue conditions. ESWT can help support tissue repair, improve blood flow, and reduce pain as part of a comprehensive physical therapy treatment plan.
-
Kinesiology Taping is a supportive treatment technique used to help improve joint stability, reduce strain on muscles or soft tissues, and encourage better movement patterns. Depending on the patient’s needs, taping may be used to support posture, assist with swelling management, reduce discomfort during activity, or provide feedback to help the body move more efficiently.
-
Electrotherapy is a treatment technique that uses gentle electrical stimulation to help manage pain, reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and support muscle activation. Depending on the patient’s condition and treatment goals, electrotherapy may be used to decrease discomfort, assist with swelling control, or help weakened muscles contract more effectively.
